many NLP sessions will I need?
That depends
on the number of issues and type of issues you have. (During your free consulation call, Jan will estimate the number of sessions you need)
- If you have great self confidence, one block or issue is often handled in 1 to 3 NLP
sessions

If you have a history of low confidence, plus several issues like poor boundaries, relationship problems, depression, anxiety, emotional abuse, physical or sexual abuse, loss, weight or health issues you will require 5 to 10+ sessions.

Yes, your positive results are based on completion of the process of NLP Techniques that apply to your personal issues. Healing or change work varies from person to person. You NLP sessions with Jan are a permanent investment in yourself and your future confidence, relationships, health, career and success. Before their NLP sessions many clients wondered "Will I get good results?". Once they had completed their sessions, they found that they had great results and they felt very happy they had decided do it.
How
do NLP Phone Counseling sessions work?
After your consultation and you have decided to work with Jan, make a PayPal payment on her website. PayPal will notify Jan of your payment and she will email an intake form for you to fill in and return to her. Once the intake form is returned to Jan you can schedule your first appointment.
At your appointment time you call Jan @1-403-225-2973. (She allow's a 10 minute window before it is considered a missed appointment.) If you call long distance she can phone you right back.

much time is a NLP session with Jan?
Sessions are between 1 to 2 hours to accommodate different times for various NLP Strategies, plus flexible time to allow for your pace of change.
Is there a charge if I reschedule or miss an appointment?
There is a charge of $50.00 for missed or changed appointments unless notice is received 24 hours prior to the appointment.
How much does a NLP sessions

20 minute consultation, Jan
will ask you several questions to
determine if Jan's NLP counseling sessions
are a good fit for you.
Based on your issues, she will give you an estimate of the number of NLP sessions you require and she will offer you several price options.
How
often are NLP sessions?
Depending on schedules, sessions start 1 every week or two; progress
to 1 per month; then if needed, spread over several months
to catch unresolved issues.

How do I choose a NLP counselor? (or other holistic coach)
(a) Google the NLP counselor by name, company and healing modality (such as NLP or Reiki). Read the information and articles.
(b) Check out their website to see if they have worked with your issue before. What do others say about them? Do you get an insight into or a feel for the the counselor. (Many website's created by professional designers can be misleading). Is the site informative? Is it a solution based therapy? Does it give you hope?
(c) How many years experience with NLP does the counselor have? Based on the website is NLP their main healing focus? Is this a full-time career? (a competent, experienced NLP counselor may cost more than others, but you will achieve positive results in fewer sessions.)
(d) Phone the counselor to interview them on how they would deal with your issues. Do they have one specific way of working (techniques 1 to 5 for everyone) or are they flexible for your individual needs? Do they deal with the presenting behaviors and attitudes or do they seek the core limiting beliefs for permanent change? Are they patient with your questions? (if not this may be an indication that they will not be patient and flexible if you 'struggle' during a session)
(f) Have they done their personal healing work? Is their life working or are they in stress mode?
(g) Is it convenient to work with them? Are they flexible in times, days and evenings? How long do you have to wait for appointments?
(h) How much do they charge? Is the cost per hour, per session or per issue? How long is an appointment? Is there time if you have a stumbling block that needs to be dealt with? (An appointment should be flexible and at least 1 1/2+ up to two hours in case you require it)
(i) Overall, do they appear to be a good choice? Do they give you feelings of hope, competence, integrity, comfort, safety?
