Have you wondered why old self sabotaging programs keep replaying? Why you struggle with anxiety, depression, low self confidence, unhappy relationships, negative emotions or mind chatter?

NLP researches discovered the reasons why you don't change is a mix of these reasons: You have not clearly defined what you don't want and what you do want. You have not developed a clear picture or image of your completed goal or desires.
