The feeling of anxiety lets you know that you feel out of control, it keeps you watchful, helps you be prepared and take care of the important stuff. It can be anxiety about something you are looking forward to.Anxiety may include stress feelings and fear, but an anxious person feels anxious yet may not always identify a ‘real’ threat. Fear has a specific threat.
