NLP Hypnosis or Neuro Linguistic Programming History: In the 1970's, NLP founders Richard Bandler, Linguist John Grinder, Robert Dilts & Tad James, wondered how people changed? NLP founders first focused their research on studying top Psychotherapists such as Milton H. Erickson, an expert in Hypnosis, Virginia Satir, a Family Therapy Counselor, Fitz Perls of Gestalt Therapy and many others to find out what make them so successful in helping others change. . . They studied 'how' each specialist consistently created fast, long lasting, positive results' in their clients. Next NLP founders studied people who were confident, successful and experts in many different area's. . . and people who had overcome tremenous odd's (physical, emotional, mental and Spiritual) NLP founders Modeled what the experts and confident people did and how they did it! The NLP founders took what they had learned and taught
other people these patterns of actions with amazing results in improved confidence, feelings of happiness and greater success in all life areas. Neuro Science Found a Huge Difference Between the Conscious & Unconscious Mind! . . Neuro Science discovered that your conscious mind is only 10% of your whole brain and that it is only aware of 10% of your experience or what you see, think & feel. Your unconsicous mind is 90% or the larger portion of your brain, although it is hidden below the surface of your awareness. This 90% is the portion that to often causes your pain. Your Unconscious Mind Controls 90% Of Your Brain, Body & Life! . YOUR UNCONSCIOUS MIND . . . controls things that you are mostly unaware of. . It runs your body, mind and most of what goes on in your life. . . . It runs the internal movies (conscious and unconscious) you see in your minds eye, the thoughts you think and the feelings you feel in your body. NLP Researchers discovered that your unconscious mind’s job is to take care of you! . To care for you in the best way that it can. They discovered that your unconscious mind accepts your thoughts, negative or positive! Your Unconscious Mind Creates . . . What IT Thinks YOU Want! Your unconscious mind can't tell what is negative or positive, real or not real, true or not true, important or not important . . . Your unconscious mind accepts your thoughts as true for you and as what you want . . . And it takes action on what you think . . and it creates those results. If you think you can or you think you can't .... you're right! It's doing the best it can with the 'thoughts' you have . . . . It's trying to help you get what you want. . Your unconscious mind wants to take care of you. . . Your brain runs many 'unconscious mental programs', that lead to empowering beliefs OR limiting beliefs. . NLP coaches you to change the 'problem programs', to supportive, confident programs, so your experiences, perceptions and behaviors automatically improve. . . Your unconscious brain has many 'unconscious mental programs' of things that you have learned through your life. Some of these mental programs work well, like driving a car, dressing and we leave these programs alone. But when there is a problem . . it is with an ‘unconscious mental programs’ that is not working well. They cause problems in your life. In the past they have stopped you from doing the things that you wanted to do and from reaching goals. These ‘negative mental programs’ are the ones that I help you change. NLP founders studied many peoples unconscious mind and realized that each person has internal filters or 'mental program's that defined their individual perception of each experience . . . An example is when several people experienced an accident, although they were experiencing the same thing, their 'perception' was very different. NLP researchers began to track what was different in each persons sensory experience or their internal pictures, thoughts and feelings. NLP studies how you think and experience your internal & external world. Your internal experience is 'shaped by your personal filters': past experience, beliefs (limiting & supporting), internal pictures, thoughts & feelings. Your internal experience and filters, builds your perception on every event, person, place or thing. NLP focuses on how you tap into your senses (sight, sound, touch, taste and smell) to interpret your inner world of mind and body (conscious and unconscious) . . and the outer world of experiences, people, places etc. You unconsciously connect good or bad pictures, thoughts and feelings to places, people, things, situations, activities, foods, behaviors and experiences. Positive pictures, thoughts and feelings produce 'pleasure' chemicals called Endorphins and Dopamine that lead to confidence, health, happiness and success in relationships and life.
