these phenomena... It affords the opportunity to gain flexibility, creativity and greater
freedom of action than most of us now know..."

NLP Counseling Makes Deep Changes in Your Unconscious Mind

YOUR BRAIN IS LIKE AN ICEBURG!

Imagine for a moment, seeing yourself on a large cruise ship on the North Atlantic Ocean, and as you look out in the distance, you see way up high on both sides of you, several gigantic iceberg's

And the Captain explains that, although what you see of the iceberg, seems large, you are really only viewing the 'tip' of the iceberg, or about 10% of the whole thing.
It's your conscious aware of what you see, thoughts you think and feelings you feel.

The larger portion of the iceberg, or 90% is hidden from view below the ocean's surface. The hidden portion can damage the ship unless the crew is careful of it.

YOUR UNCONSCIOUS MIND is 90% OF YOUR BRAIN!

YOUR UNCONSCIOUS MIND . . . controls things that you are mostly unaware of.  . It runs your body, mind and most of what goes on in your life. . . . It runs the internal movies (conscious and unconscious) you see in your minds eye, the thoughts you think and the feelings you feel in your body.

Neuro linguistic programming researchers discovered that your unconscious mind’s job is to take care of you in the best way that it can. They discovered that your unconscious mind accepts your thoughts, negative or positive!

Your unconscious mind creates what IT thinks YOU want!

Your unconscious mind can't tell what is negative or positive, real or not real,  true or not true, important or not important  . . . Your unconscious mind accepts your thoughts as true for you and as what you want . . . And  it takes action on what you think. It creates those results.

If you think you can or you think you can't .... you're right!

It's doing the best it can with the 'thoughts' it has access to, . . . It's trying to help you get what you want. And remembering  that your unconscious mind only wants to take care of you, . . . perhaps that makes you wonder if you have  thought "I  can’t  do that ....." and found that with thinking the thought, made it true . . . you couldn't do it . . .

Old self sabotaging programs can be changed with powerful NLP counseling so you can be more confident, and achieve your goals and dreams.

Your brain runs many 'unconscious mental programs', (like computer software; you see the results but not the actual program) that lead to either empowering beliefs OR limiting beliefs. NLP coaches you to change the 'poor confidence program', to a ‘I'm Confident' program, so your experiences, perceptions and behaviors automatically improve.

Your brain has many 'mental programs' that you have learned through your life, that work well, like driving a car, dressing and other things you do easily.    These ‘mental programs’ we leave alone.

"Be the change you want to see in the world" ~ Mahatma Gandhi

And of course there are other ‘mental programs’ that don't work very well.  They cause problems in your life.   In the past they have stopped you from doing  the things that you wanted to do and from reaching goals.  These ‘negative mental programs’ are the ones that I  help you change.

(By the way, using my NLP programs, changing these old ‘mental programs’  is quite positive.  Years ago during my healing process, I had ‘experts’ needlessly ‘dump’ me into huge vats of pain’ and leave me to  sink.)

NLP's 9 Reasons Why It's Hard To Change

  1. you have not clearly defined what you don't want. An important step is to clearly know what you don't want or what is not acceptable in your life and then to remove your focus from it.

  2. you have not clearly defined what you do want in your life. Clearly define what you do want . . . so you become aware of it when it appears. I know that 'sounds' simple, but if you are in any way uncertain or unclear, you could walk right by and not recognize it. Clarity brings your focus onto what you want and the clearer and more congruent you are . . . the quicker you achieve. Develop a clear picture or image of your completed goal or desires.

Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic ~ Arthur C. Clarke

  3. Perhaps you do not know how to internally make the changes to get what you want. Most people do not know how or what to change. Most of us are not objective enough, and do not have the 'skills' to make the changes make on their own

NLP today will change your tomorrow's!

  4. you have mixed feelings about changing. Perhaps there is an internal conflict going on inside of you. Part of you wants to change or part of you wants one thing . . . and part of you want's something different or doesn't want to change. You might actually feel an inner struggle between two opposing sides of you. Or something always 'sabotages your best efforts'.

  5. you need to learn new skills, develop positive beliefs, learn more flexible choices and integrate new behaviors to get what you want. There may be a limiting belief that stops you and it needs to be changed for you to achieve your desired results.

  6. There are similarities in the way sabotage & all compulsions work in a persons mind. People who are compulsive think about 'doing their compulsion' and they either experience a good feeling when they think of doing it or they experience the feeling of 'escaping from bad feelings' that they have when they are 'not doing it'; or both

Nothing Changes If You Continue . . . Doing What You Have Always Done

  7. you have not made the changes at your unconscious minds level, so your results don't last or they are 'iffy'. You have not make lasting change or the work on your unconscious mind's level is incomplete.

  8. you don't give yourself a chance to learn or change, or time. It may be a process . . . You may need time to change, time to learn new skills, time to learn to develop more positive choices or decisions making skills, and you may need time to integrate new supportive behaviors.

"Aerodynamically the bumblebee shouldn't be able to fly, but the
bumblebee doesn't know that so it goes on flying anyway.
    ~Mary Kay Ash

  9. you have not made the changes at your conscious and unconscious level of mind. Your issues, beliefs, or sabotages are to big or to deeply ingrained in your unconscious mind for you to change on your own. See the section on rating your blocks to understand more about which blocks are easy and what ones are harder to change on your own.
