Forgiveness Strategy: forgiveness is a great healer. It
takes great courage to forgive
and move on in life. Forgiveness is not about 'condoning' behaviors.
It is releasing 'stuck emotional energy', letting go of what happened
in the past, other peoples behaviors, and moving on. Whatever has
happened, they were perhaps hurtful, traumatic, but forgiving, let's
'me' go, so I can move on in life. It is for yourself that you forgive.
Jan counsels you so you easily 'Let go and Let God/Spirit'. Ask
