NLP Forgiveness Strategy: forgiveness is a great healer. It takes great courage to forgive and move on in life. Forgiveness is not about 'condoning' behaviors. It is releasing 'stuck emotional energy', letting go of what happened in the past, other peoples behaviors, and moving on. Whatever has happened, they were perhaps hurtful, traumatic, but forgiving, let's 'me' go, so I can move on in life. It is for yourself that you forgive. Jan counsels you so you easily 'Let go and Let God/Spirit'. Ask God/Spirit to help you with forgiveness. (1 to 3 sessions)

NLP Couples Therapy: Jan finds that couples therapy is best done with each person scheduling individual sessions. She guides them to make changes that support the type of healthy, loving relationship they both desire. This may include healing and releasing the past, plus changing strategies to create happiness and support.
