If you doubt

yourself,

then indeed . . .

you stand on

shaky ground.

Exercise to Rate Your Blocks and/or Self Sabotage:

  1. What stops you from living the life you want with confidence and achieveing your goals?
  2. What has it cost you over time to hold on to self sabotage, blocks and fears?
  3. Rate Your Blocks below to discover what has held you back.
    (a) Read and rate each statement with a system of: -10 is the worst and 0 is a neutral issue.
    (b) Issues rated at -1 to -3 can be changed with affirmations, reading, talk therapy or traditional counseling or coaching
    (c) Your issues that are rated -4 to -10 require specific NLP Techniques to make change in your conscious and unconscious mind.
  4. Which blocks can you change on your own? What have you done in the past to change? What has worked and not worked? Did the change last or is this connected to a more negative block that needs to be changed at your unconscious mind's level?
  5. What stops now? What 'needs' to change first? What do you need to do, be, learn etc., before change can occur? See Reasons Why It's Hard to Change
