Exercise To Rate Your Blocks or What Stops You In Life:

  1. Rate your blocks by rating each statement/issue below:   -10 is the worst or a huge issue and 0 is neutral or a non-issue.

  2. Most things rated at - 2 or less may be changed by awareness, goal setting, determination, affirmations, reading, traditional therapy, etc. 

  3. Beliefs, behaviors or fears rated at -3 to -10, have a deeper level of emotional connection. These require techniques that engage the cooperation of your conscious and unconscious mind.  NLP is an excellent tool that quickly and comfortably changes these beliefs with positive long term results.
